Paragliding course No. 2

Sunday morning, 7:30 was the right time to do some paragliding lessons. Ales and Gasper, our instructors, picked me and two other people in Ljubljana. From there we continued toward Bloke.On our way Ciril joined us in Logatec.
Four hours for ground handling paraglider was the right choise for us, beginners. We were back home at 2:30pm

Cycling friday, Kranj to Nova Gorica

Its been a while since me and Ales talking about to go to Nova Gorica with bicycles. We took off a friday and begun the jurney. I started in Kranj, while Ales and Lojze started in Rodne. We met in Železniki, from where we continued our way to destination together.

Paragliding course No. 1

After work i took my bicycle and started cycling toward Senicno, where i had first lesson of paragliding. Paragliding school i took is called Niceclouds, leaded by Gasper Prevc. Two friends of mine recommended him and i am impressed so far :). Since it was quite windy we finish earlier as we were supposed to.
At first look, it looks easy, but believe me, its not :). Practice, practice and once again practice!

At the and we afford ourselfs a draft beer in nearby bar and after that was time to go home, with bicycle of course.

33. Vinska vigred

Vinska vigred, is feast of good wines, local food, ethnological specialties and cultural achievements in south-east part of Slovenia (White Carniola). 

Another, more and more popular thing of Vinska vigred is cycling marathon from Ljubljana to Metlika. This is 100km long tour organized by kolesarski klub Metliska crnina.

Arnezeva Luknja

Its been a while since me and my two coworkers wanted to go pick up geocache Udin Borst by night - The Cave. As the name already says, its hidden in cave, called Arneze luknja. At 4am we met in Spodnje Duplje. From there we started walking to the cave. The whole journey takes about hour and a half.

At the end we were all dirty and wet, but happy since we found geocache with declared difficulty 4.5 out of 5.

Smarjetna gora conquered

Since there was sunny and worm weather I decided, on sunday, to go to Smarjetna gora with bicycle. After work, at 3pm, I started cycling and reach top around 3:30. I continued towards Kranj and Britof, where my friend kindly offered me beer. Thanks Matej :). Next stop was home.

Youth week (Teden mladih) in Kranj has begun. Its the only week that lasts 9 days :). 9 days of music, art, sport, board games, etc, overall FUN. Opening concert belongs to slovenian musician Vlado Kreslin.

New job in Iskratel

A month ago my employer in that time, Aviatnetworks, informed me, beside few more coworks we are fired. I havent spent any time and go into job hunting immediately. It looks like luck was on my side, since i found new occupation pretty fast. New company i am going to work now is Iskratel, located in Kranj.

Today was my first day. Because i have already worked there, i know my old coworkes, so I quickly found myself in group and company.

MotoGP Spain

Today race, forth this season, was in Circuito de Jerez, Spain. Winner is Jorge Lorenzo, his first one in season 2015. Fastest lap also belongs to Jorge 1'38.735, with average speed of 161.2 km/h. Congratulations!
